SAN FRANCISCO-Mailmen are notoriously afraid of dogs, but most are also afraid of sharks too, according to a study done at the USPS Distribution Center in San Francisco. The study has shattered previous assumptions that mailmen were only notoriously afraid of dogs.
"With this study, we hope to break the stigma that mailmen are only notoriously afraid of dogs. We hope to open peoples eyes and help them realize that mailmen are notoriously afraid of sharks, too."
During the study, they interviewed 100 mailmen, asking them if they would like to be locked in a yard full of angry dogs, or swim in a pool of angry sharks. the results were unanimous; all 100 mailmen said no to both the dogs and sharks. "Not one mailman wanted to be in a pool of angry sharks. Now, if that doesn't say that mailmen are notoriously afraid of sharks too, I don't know what will."
We hope to see more mailmen being shown in movies and TV shows as being notoriously scared of sharks too, maybe trying to deliver mail and having to swim away from a shark or something.
I'm just wondering what is the source of all these bizarre stories.
